New and Improved Archon Registration and Vote System on KudoZ!!!


In order to strategically limit the number of players able to register and run for Archon, as well as Vote for Archon positions, a new system has been put in place.

To be able to register for Archon, you will need to pay a registration fee of 100 million in Race Currency, as well as have a player ranking grade of five or higher.

This means that you must be at a 'player ranking grade' of "6knot", "Phalanx", "Royal" or HIGHER in order to register.

The same RANKING rule applies for those able to cast votes for Archon nominees as well.
In order to vote for an Archon nominee, you must also possess a player ranking grade of five or higher.

This system will effectively streamline the voting process and reduce the amount of election interference dramatically.

Dear EQG Community;

Due to reasons I'm unable to elaborate on, I've been slowly becoming more and more inactive.

That is not something the EQG community deserves to see happening any longer. You guys deserve having active GMs and Mods doing their work, 24/7 as was my custom in the past, and of which I am no longer capable.

As of now, I am resigning my post in the GM staff and passing on the torch to Rygart, Arobond, Lyon and Helios, to continue the work I so proudly began here.

I am sorry for those who may feel I have done them harm, and I want to thank those few that have understood me and have facilitated my labour.

I may be back in the future, not as a Staff member, but as a player, so, this is more of a 'see you later' than a 'good bye'.

As I previously stated on the facebook. We are aware that a large portion of our KudoZ users are unable to launch the launcher. We are aware of this issue and are working swiftly towards a resolution. I do not have an ETA at this time but I assure you we are working as swiftly as possible to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately this is the best we could bring back. However this incident clearly has stated the importance of even the forum back ups and its backup schedule will be increased to match that of the game servers (which is much more frequent).
